by commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms♡ 50% prepayment via lava.top, you can pay either with a bank card or paypal. i'll start sketching after payment
☆ the remaining 50% you pay after the sketch is approved. only after payment i proceed with the work
♡ deadline is negotiated individually
☆ no refunds once i started working on your commission except in emergencies when i can't physically finish the work
♡ i reserve the right to decline any request for any reason
☆ i send you updates per stage (ex: sketch, color, render) depending on the commission type. you can send corrections in the sketching stage. only minor changes will be accepted after that, any big corrections after the sketch may cost extra
♡ you own personal usage rights to the illustration while i reserve the rights to freely use it to promote myself and post it on my social media. please let me know if you want your commision to be private and/or if you want to obtain commercial use rights. it will cost extra
